My Approach
With a background in Communication and Applied Linguistics, alongside many years supporting professionals in international workplaces, my approach combines practical group training, online courses, and one-to-one coaching.
Rather than focusing on language alone, I help clients develop clarity, confidence, and cultural competence, so they can communicate effectively across cultures when it matters most.
Who I Work With
I work with professionals, companies, and institutions across higher education, executive training, and international organisations.
I'm based in Toledo, Spain and I work with clients locally as well as online around Spain and internationally. I also teach in Madrid and in Saudi Arabia through my work with IE University. I speak Spanish fluently.
My Philosophy
My work is informed by evidence-based communication practice as well as NeuroLanguage Coaching®.
This coaching-led mindset emphasises engagement, self-awareness, and ownership, helping clients think more strategically about how they prepare, communicate, and perform, and ultimately develop skills that transfer to real professional situations.
I believe communication is more than language. It's how we connect, influence, and lead.
